How does the hiring process work?
All applicants for jobs outside of the Security division should submit a resume via the job listing portal, found here. During this process, you can apply for specific positions. For information on applying for Security positions, click here. If a recruiter determines that your qualifications fit those for which the company has a need, you will be contacted by a recruiter. From there, the recruiter may set up phone interviews, if you are going to be considered for a job with the company. If selected for a position, you will be given a conditional offer letter that you must accept or reject within a certain time period. Once a candidate has accepted a position, the process begins of acquiring an initial entry visa to Kuwait and doing the required background checks.

What kind of experience is needed?
Combat Support Associates and CSA, Ltd. consider candidates with a wide range of skills and experience. Some positions require specific skills or certifications, prior experience or education, and certain Military Occupation Specialties (MOS). Candidates should pay close attention to the area of the job description labeled “Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities” to determine whether they are qualified for the position. Because the company works with the U.S. military, work experience or familiarity with military processes and procedures are a plus, but not necessarily required for all positions.
