Do employees pay U.S. federal income tax?

What are the work hours and pay?
FPOs generally work 12 hours a day, five days a week, equaling 60 hours per week. Salaries are directly deposited into a personal bank account on a biweekly basis. Additionally, employees receive a foreign living allowance while they are in Kuwait. The living allowance is paid biweekly in Kuwaiti dinars at the current exchange rate to a local bank account.

When do new employees receive their first paychecks?
After new employees arrive in Kuwait and process through Human Resources and Finance, it takes about three weeks for their first paychecks to be deposited into their U.S. bank accounts.
